Terms and Cancellation Conditions

Introductory provisions: These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator and the customer in connection with the provision of accommodation services at Pension u Hradu.
1. Delivery conditions
1.1. Accommodation reservations are made via OTA, website, telephone or email.
1.2. The reservation process is completed after receiving the reservation confirmation
1.3. Check-in at the accommodation is possible from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. End of accommodation and vacating the room is required by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. Cancellation conditions
2.1. Cancellation of the reservation more than 7 days before arrival: the customer is entitled to a refund of 100% of the paid deposit.
2.2. Cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before arrival: the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the paid deposit.
2.3. Cancellation of the reservation less than 2 days before arrival: the paid deposit is forfeited to the operator.
2.4. In the event of early departure or non-use of the accommodation, there is no right to a refund.
3. Refund conditions
3.1. The right to a refund arises in the event of cancellation of the reservation more than 7 days before the date of accommodation.
3.2. The refund is made by transfer to the customer's bank account within 14 days of notification of the cancellation of the reservation.
4. Dispute resolution
4.1. All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved preferentially out of court.
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the Seller and the Consumer from a purchase contract or a service contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is

4.2. If it is not possible to settle the dispute out of court, the court at the operator's registered office is competent to resolve it.
5. Personal data protection (GDPR)
5.1. The operator processes the personal data of customers in accordance with the legal regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
5.2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of ensuring the reservation and providing accommodation services.
5.3. The customer has the right to access his personal data, their correction, deletion and restriction of processing.
Validity and effectiveness of the terms and conditions:
These terms and conditions are valid and effective from January 1, 2025.
